This creation consists of Merlot grapes and is pure, soft, and round with scents of rose petals and cherry stones. The grappa is a fine taste experience from the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and is perfect to finish off an excellent meal. Try the grappa with ripe cheeses, dark chocolate or chocolate desserts.
Bottles from the Il Vigneti Monovitigno series are obtained by distilling pomace from single grape varieties that are associated with more dedicated production areas.

Store Grappa upright, in an area away from direct sunlight and heat. Make sure it’s tightly closed once opened. You may refrigerate, as Grappa is usually served chilled. It will last indefinitely, but if aroma, appearance, and taste become different and strange, discard.
