Transparent rice wine from the process of fermenting rice. Since 1550, Saké Shirayuki is made following Japanese tradition from the variety of Sakamaï rice and the pure water from the Rokko mountains in south-eastern Hyogo Prefecture by the Konishi Brewery. Its of superior quality, called “pure rice”, without the addition of distillation alcohol.
