Liqueur (crème de fruits) made from an infusion of raspberries. Deep red colour with orange and amber shades. Aromas are slightly spicy and characteristic of the fruit. Strong aromas of other red fruits such as blackcurrant and gooseberry. Bright and dynamic mouthfeel. Sublte and very pleasant peppery side. Very fruity flavours with blackberries, blackcurrants and other small acidulous notes of red fruits.
