Woodruff syrup is made from plant extracts (safflower) enhanced by a hint of lemon juice. Woodruff is a flowering perennial plant that grows in the undergrowth and is known for its medicinal and culinary virtues. There are warm and stewed notes of slightly caramelised apple and vanilla, mixed with the lightly acidulous flavors of green apple and lemon, notes of sweet spices (licorice, cinnamon …) as finishing notes. Add to cocktails. To flavour and bring a sweet note to lagers or dry white wines, or flavour the famous “Berliner WeiBe” (german light wheat beer). 1Litre Produced in France
